Our typical home inspections take approximately 3 to 4 hours. This time can vary depending on the age, size and condition of the prospective home. We strictly adhere to the NSHI Standards & Practices. We Also adhere to the Standards & Practices of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). And the NACHI Residentiall and Commercial standards of practice & Code of Ethics
  
We strongly recommend that you attend the final portion of the inspection to review the report and findings with the inspector. Regardless of how detailed and concise a written report is, a written report should not be a substitute for a walk through with your inspector.
Radon testing requires a minimum 48 hour sampling.
We perform:
ES Electret Ion Chamber Short term testing & Continuous Radon Monitoring (CRM).
